Shipping Policy

The Alcatel Webstore uses a third-party fulfillment center and, depending on your location, will ship the products using an appropriate carrier with various shipping options to fit your needs. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday except for postal holidays. Orders received after 1pm EST will ship on the next business day. After your order is completed, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. Pre-order items will be shipped upon release and separate from any in-stock items in your order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been packaged and has left the warehouse, we will send you another email notifying you that your order has been shipped, along with the Tracking Number or delivery confirmation number. With that information, you will be able to track your shipment.

Shipping Locations:

Orders placed on alcatelonetouch.us can only be shipped within the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO/FPO addresses. If you wish to ship to Canada, please make your purchases on alcatelonetouch.ca.

Standard Delivery:

Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Your package will arrive within 5 business days from the date your package was shipped for continental US and 7 business days for Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited Second Day Shipping:

Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Your package will arrive in two business days, from the date your package was shipped. Only available for continental USA.

Priority Next Day Shipping:

Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day. Your package will arrive in 1 business day, from the date your package was shipped. Only available for continental USA.

Can I modify my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We are unable to cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible.
If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details.

On what holidays do you not ship out orders?

Please note, orders placed on the holidays listed below will not be processed until the following business day.
