Shipping Policy: Canada

TCT Mobile Canada Limited (“TCT”) has partnered with GlobalShopex to fulfill international orders purchased through the alcatel Webstore. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “Canada Checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, Money Gram, Bank Transfer, etc. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantees delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at customercare@globalshopex.com or (786) 391-4868.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday except for postal holidays. At the time of purchase you will receive an Order Confirmation Number and email from GlobalShopex. Pre-order items will be shipped upon release and any in-stock items in your order will be held until the order can be shipped complete.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been packaged and left the GlobalShopex fulfillment center GlobalShopex will send you another email notifying you that your order has been shipped, along with the Tracking Number. With that information, you will be able to track your shipment.

Standard Delivery:

Your package will arrive within 6 business days, from the date your package was received at the GlobalShopex international fulfillment centre.

Expedited Second Day Shipping:

Your package will arrive within 1-3 business days, from the date your package was received at the GlobalShopex international fulfillment centre.

On what holidays do you not ship out orders?

Please note orders placed on the holidays listed below will not be processed until the following business day.

Where do I find my order receipt?

After your order is completed, GlobalShopex will send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This confirmation email is your receipt, so please make sure to keep in in a safe place. The subject line of the email will contain your Order Confirmation Number.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been packaged and left the GlobalShopex international fulfillment center, GlobalShopex will send you another email notifying you that your order has been shipped, along with the Tracking Number. With that information, you will be able to track your shipment.

Can I modify my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact GlobalShopex Customer Care. TCT is unable to cancel an order once it has shipped from the store to its fulfillment center. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. If TCT is unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item..
